contract provision will not be suitable.
That contract procedure rules be waived in
respect of a placement at Middleton Hall, at an annual cost of
£49,428.
Reason - The usual procurement process cannot be followed, as the
care home is the only appropriate care home that can meet the needs
of the service user.
No other services are considered suitable.
This placement is the only appropriate placement to meet the
service users needs.
