New street names to be allocated to a new housing development at Stag House Farm site. Proposed names are Nickleby Lane, Dicken's Drive, Linkwater Lane, Browdie Road, Smike Wynd, Newman's Walk, Cheeryble Chare, Gilroy Grove, Logic Lane, Walter Scott Avenue, Rokeby Road, Glinka Grove, Venus View, Looking Glass Lane, Lewis Carroll Close, Avison Grove, Dodgson Drive, Balaguer Grove, John's Garth and Turner's View.

That the street names and numbering be agreed.
New development requires street naming in accordance with the Public Health Act 1925, Section 17 and Town Improvements Clauses Act 1847, Section 64.
