In April 2018 Cabinet approved a report to
dispose of the Council’s surplus land at Stag House Farm
partly to a newly established Joint Venture Company and part to a
National housebuilder, subject to conditions.
Cabinet are asked to agree proposed changes to the disposal terms
and to approve the disposal of the land.
