In October 2020 (Min C44/10/20 refers) Cabinet agreed to the disposal of a surplus piece of land at the rear of Tandridge Court, Woodland Road, as a potential site for a future self-build development. The site to be included in the Council’s Self-Build and Custom Housebuilding Register.

To include a surplus piece of land at Tandridge Court in the Council’s self-build and Customer Housebuilding Register and to dispose of the land, in the future, as a potential self-build development site.

Reason - To make available sites for future self-build housing development and to facilitate the Council’s duty to maintain a Self-Build and Custom Housebuilding register.
