Your MPs

The Borough of Darlington is divided into two constituencies - Darlington for the Urban area and Sedgefield for the Rural area. The last Parliamentary Elections were held in 2019 and Peter Gibson was elected to represent the Darlington Parliamentary Constituency and Paul Howell was elected to represent the Sedgefield Parliamentary Constituency.

The MP's are elected for a term of office of up to five years and are elected to serve the community for which they serve.
