Morton Palms business park is on the edge of a
town office location situated to the west of the A66. The site
benefits from a Local Plan allocation and planning consent for a
range of employment uses with a focus on office development,
however, in order to attract new investment, it requires
infrastructure improvements, a key component of which is a car
park.
To conclude negotiations on a funding package
for the provision of a car park at Morton Palms in order to promote
economic growth and new development at Morton Palms.
