That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award to Darlington NHS CCG be agreed in
respect of prescriptions issues in relation to Public Health
Services such as Nicotine Dependence, Opioid dependence, substance
dependence and LARCs and IUCDs for a contract term of 4 years at a
cost of £192,000.
Reason - This is a statutory requirement and will be contracted
monitored by the Public Health Team.
