Threadneedle wish to vary their Lease terms in
relation to the Cinema and retail units by altering the external
stairs and podium to install a pergoda to improve appearance from
Feethams, and a pagoda and retail cabin to increase usage of the
podium at Feethams, DL1.
To approve the alterations as outlined
above.
Threadneedle want to make better use of the podium area by erecting
a pagoda for covered external seating and having a coffee cabin or
similar. The current appearance of the stairs next to the Town Hall
is to be improved by erecting a steel pergoda structure with
hanging foliage and improved signage.
