Grant of Lease of the former Bridal Room,
Dolphin Centre, Darlington for a period of 12 months from a date to
be agreed to North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust for a
Children’s Speech Therapy Sessional Use.
The Lease is for an agreed annual sum to include heating, lighting
and NDR and the tenant will pay the Council’s reasonable
legal costs to prepare the Lease. The lease is to include a break
clause whereby the tenant can serve notice in writing to terminate
the Lease on three calendar months’ notice in writing to the
Council as Landlord.
Grant of lease be approved to make use of the
former bridal room at the Dolphin Centre for the North Tees and
Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust to use for Childrens’ Speech
Therapy Sessions.
