Cedarwood and Westacres Estate was developed some years ago, with
the roads adopted by Highways. The Council has been offered the
freehold land upon which the highway is built, subject to the
payment of the legal costs involved in the transfer.
To acquire the freehold land under adopted
highway at the Cedarwood and Westacres estate.
Highways have confirmed that they wish to own the land.
