Members recommended that Four Riggs Car Park be declared surplus to
Council requirements and authorised the sale of land, subject to
terms and conditions.
That the Assistant Director Law and Governance
be authorised to document the sale of the land accordingly.
Reason - To achieve a capital receipt for the Council and to assist
business development and job creation in Darlington.
