The Council currently has an annual lease for
four units (2 office units and 2 workshops) at Lingfield Point. In
order to carry out structural alterations to install a Roller Brake
Tester in one of the units, terms have been agreed with the Lessor
for a 3-year lease commencing 1 February 2020.

office units and 2 workshops) at Lingfield Way, Yarm Road
Industrial Estate.
Reason - To enable structural alterations to be carried out to one
of the units to install a Roller Brake Tester.
