A Request has been received to vary an
existing covenant relating to land on the North East side of 47
Coleridge Gardens which states:
Not to use the property for any other purpose than as a private
dwelling. Any development would require consent in writing from the
Council.
It is unclear whether the existing covenant will hinder any new
development, however, a request has been received to vary the
existing covenant to ensure that the new covenant will allow the
development of approximately 6 flats for sale and/or lease on the
land.

land.
