to the Tees Rivers Trust who wish to carry out a scheme, in
partnership with the Council, to create fishing bays and an
accessible fishing platform on the banks of the River Skerne in
South Park.
That a six-week temporary licence be granted
from 16 September 2019 for access to the South Park, to facilitate
easy and safe access to encourage fishing and outdoors activity
using grant funding.
