Notification of Decision on Appeals - The Director of Economic Growth and Neighbourhood Services will report that :- Inspectors, appointed by the Secretary of State for the Environment, had dismissed the appeal by Mr and Mrs Corr against this Authority’s decision to refuse planning permission for the demolition of existing stable block and erection of a two-storey dwelling, incorporating stables on the ground floor at land adjoining Ashtree Cottage, Sadberge Road, Middleton St George, Darlington (Ref No. 17/00375/FUL) (copy of Inspector’s decision letter enclosed).
