The terms of reference of the Health and Partnerships Scrutiny Committee are :-
· to consider any Transformation Programmes within its remit; and
· to consider issues relating to the following services :-

Integrated Health Commissioning
NHS
GP’s
Local Strategic Partnership and Themed Groups
Voluntary Sector
