REASON – To ensure the development is carried out in accordance with the planning

permission. 

2. Notwithstanding the details shown on the approved plans, every dwelling which has a garage or dedicated marked out car parking space within its curtilage shall include an electrical socket suitable for charging electric vehicles (minimum single 13 amp socket)

REASON - To accord with Policy IN4 of the Darlington Local Plan 2016 – 2036

3. The development hereby approved shall provide suitable broadband infrastructure, ducting and connectivity
