(a) The Installation of external roller shutters to 2 No. windows and replacement external roller shutter to entrance door (Retrospective Application) at 115 North Road, Darlington (Ref No 25/01388/FUL).

The Erection of 1 no. three bed self-build dwelling
with a detached garage/store, hard standing, landscaping and
