Minutes:

19/00982/FUL Erection of canopy to front elevation; the installation of four condensing units on the flat roof; installation of roller shutters (Part Retrospective) (amended plans and additional information received 14 November 2019 and 20November 2019).

 

(In reaching its decision, the Committee took into consideration the Planning Officer’s report (previously circulated), and four letters of objection).

 

RESOLVED – That Planning Permission be granted subject to the following conditions:

 

1.    A3 – Implementation Limit (Three Years)

 

2.    The four condenser units that have been installed on the premises shall fully comply with the manufacturer details and specifications supplied by J & E Hall on 14 November 2019 and 20 November 2019. The units shall be maintained in accordance with the specifications thereafter

 

           REASON - In the interests of the amenity of the area

 

3.    The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans, as detailed below:

 

a. Drawing Number 02A Proposed Roof Plan of Canopy

b. Drawing Number 06 Proposed Ground Floor

c. Drawing Number 07 Proposed Part Roof Plan

 

REASON – To ensure the development is carried out in accordance with the planning permission.
