Report of the Head of Education and Inclusions, Children, Families and Learning

The Assistant Director of Education and Inclusion submitted a report (previously circulated) requesting that consideration be given to an application received for the re-appointment of a Local Authority (LA) Governor of a School Governing Body.

The Panel were advised that the term of office for the current LA Governor, Councillor Harker was due to expire on 31 October 2021 and Councillor Harker had indicted his intention to continue as the LA Governor at the Federation of Darlington Nurseries.

RESOLVED – That the re-appointment of Councillor Harker as the LA Governor at the Federation of Darlington Nurseries be approved.
