Minutes:
In respect of Minute C51(1) below, the Assistant Director Law and Governance reported at the meeting that the Managing Director, Darlington Borough Council, had granted all Cabinet Members, as they were trustees of the Crown Street Library, a dispensation, under Section 33(d) of the Localism Act 2011, to allow them to participate fully at meetings of Cabinet, when the Crown Street Library was being considered.
