Report of the Group Director of Services

The Group Director of Services submitted a report (previously circulated) to give consideration to an application for a Premises Licence, in light of representation made by Durham Constabulary on the grounds of the prevention of crime and disorder, protection of children from harm and prevention of public nuisance objectives.

Prior to consideration of the application, the Licensing Manager advised Members that Durham Constabulary had withdrawn their representation and that the application had been granted subject to conditions agreed between Durham Constabulary and the applicant.

RESOLVED – That Members note the withdrawal of the representation made by Durham Constabulary.
