That the contract procedure rules be waived in
respect of the extension of the contract for housing related
floating/outreach support services, for 12 months at a cost of
£137,500.
Reason - The request to extend the contract for a further 12 months
is to allow a thematic review to be undertaken across a range of
connected services.
