That the contract procedure rules be waived in
respect of the extension of the contract for housing related
floating support, for 12 months at a cost of £264,428.
Reason - The request to extend the contract for a further 12 months
is to allow a thematic review across a range of connected services
and robust procurement exercise to be undertaken.
