That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award to Delta Executive Travel be agreed in
respect of Transport Route 210 for a contract period of 4 years at
a cost of £129,600.
Reason - The award is to ensure that this route could run along
side another two routes with this supplier awarded via the
Framework.
