That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award be agreed in respect of day placement for
a young person with Breckenbrough for a contract period of 18
months at a cost of £109,645.50.
Reason - The usual procurement process cannot be followed as there
are no suitable placements available on the Councils contracted
provision to meet the needs.
