That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award to Deerness Fencing and Landscaping Ltd
be agreed to create ponds and hibernacula structures at Ingenium
Parc for a contract period of 4 weeks at a cost of
£150,000.
Reason - A procurement exercise was carried out but a decision was
made to award only part of the works. The additional works are to
be retendered.
