That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award to Connect Care (DCC) be agreed in
respect of the Home from Hospital Service, procured by DCC for a
contract period of 12 months with an option to extend for 2x12
months at a cost of £227,970.
Reason - DCC are extending the Contract and benchmarking has been
carried out.
