That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award to Durham Constabulary be agreed in
respect of Multi Agency Partnership, SARC and MARAC for a contract
period of 4 years at a cost of £130,000.
Reason - This provides positive partnerships with other statutory
agencies working with the same client groups.
