That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award be agreed with Delta Coaches, J&C
Coaches, Enterprise Travel, Garnetts Coaches, Hodgsons and Compass
Royston in respect of Lot 4 School Transport Services for a
contract term of 3 months at a cost of £162,318.20.
Reason - Supplier relief due to COVID-19.
