That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award be agreed with Macs Taxis, United Taxis,
RTS Taxis, 1AB, S&R Cars, Hodgson and Paul Trenholme in respect
of Lot 1 School Transport Services for a contract term of 3 months
at a cost of £183,302.68.
Reason - Supplier relief due to COVID-19.
