That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award be agreed with NHS Business Service
Authority in respect of NHS Business Service Authority Chargers for
a contract term of 4 years at a cost of £1,200,000.
Reason - This is a statutory responsibility under the Health and
Social Care Act 2012 to provide medicines as part of Public Health
Services.
