That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award be agreed with 700 Club, YMCA, Humankind,
Foundation Housing, Creative Support and Safe Families in respect
of homeless housing related support for a contract term of 8 months
at a cost of £679,871.
Reason - The award is to enable a strategic review and is within
Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts Regulations.
