That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award to Oil NRG Ltd be agreed in respect of
NEPO307 Liquid Fuels for a contract term of 12 months at a cost of
£486,828.
Reason - NEPO have delayed the procurement exercise due to COVID-19
under Regulation 72 of the Public Contract Regulations.
