That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award to Sovereign be agreed in respect of
front and rear door replacements for a contract term of 10 months
at a cost of £500,000.
Reason - The award will enable the works to continue as the current
supplier has gone into administration. A competition will be
carried out on the Contractors DPS.
