That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award to Martin Gray Academy be agreed in
respect of support for a number of children across the Borough of
Darlington for a contract term of 18 months at a cost of
£243,000.
Reason - The award will enable the service to continue until a TV
procurement exercise has been completed.
