The current local plan was adopted in 2021 and
is due for review at least every 5 years. With minor updates the
plan can be reviewed and extended for a further period.
Member approval is to be sought to consult on the next version of
the plan. This version will reflect on the comments received in the
Regulation 18 consultation undertaken earlier this yead.
Approval will also be sought to progress to submission to the
Secretary of State once Regulation 19 consultation is complete and
before 31 December 2026.
