Approval to allocate £5k of the Advanced
Design Budget to undertake a topographical survey of the proposed
car park site and associated access for the RHQ site.
As part of the discussions for the options at the RHQ development,
a possible car park site has been identified with two associated
access points.
To assist colleagues’ work on land acquisitions, we need to
ascertain whether the access points can be used for traffic (cars
only) and what impact a ramped access into the car park area would
have on a potential car park layout. As a first stage a topological
survey needs to be undertaken. A quote has been requested but is
likely to be less than £5k.
