That the contract procedure rules be waived
and direct contract award to J&C Coaches, Garnetts Coaches,
Macs Taxis, RTS, United Taxis, S&R Cars,1AB Taxis, Delta
Coaches, Compass Royston, Enterprise Travel, Paul Trenholme and
Hodgson Coaches be agreed in respect of continuation of routes on
the Home to School Transport DPS for a contract term of 15 months
at a cost of £1,969,532.
Reason - The routes will be retendered in 2021 and prices remained
fixed from the initial quotation process.
