02/02/2022 - Interim charge for Town Centre Resident Parking for period whilst the Darlington Parking Strategy is developed and implemented

To reduce the payment for Town Centre residents to park in the Feethams Multi Storey car park to £350 per annum.

Reason
To support Darlington Town Centre and encourage urban living.
